Ordering:
Orders are currently accepted primarily online. Contact us if you have special needs or concerns. For wholesale inquiries regarding Artistcellar™ stencils, please see our wholesale page.

Payment Information & Security:
Artistcellar is powered by one of the nation's most trusted eCommerce solutions certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, this standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud. Our store, shopping cart, and web hosting are all covered by Level 1 PCI certification ensuring the most secure environment for your online shopping experience. An Artistcellar.com account is not necessary to make payment; just add items to your shopping cart and follow the simple directions at checkout to choose how you'd like to pay.

Shipping Information:
All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days after receipt of order. If an item is out of stock an email will be sent letting you know the anticipated availability of the item(s).

Shipping & Handling:

Domestic Shipping Rates (all rates in USD):

Orders up to $49.99 = $7.75 S&H
Orders $50.00 or more = $0.00 S&H (FREE!)

Shipping will be Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope or Package. If you would like us to ship First Class mail for smaller orders, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate! 

International Shipping Rates (all rates in USD):

We strive to be fair in our international shipping charges. It is difficult to achieve a hard/fast shipping rate without knowing the products ordered and the country where they will be shipped. Additional shipping charges may be invoiced separately if actual shipping costs exceeds the shipping chart or partially refunded if the charge is significantly less. The most economical shipping method will be utilized to deliver the products quickly and safely. 

If you are located in a country not mentioned above, please contact us and we will advise you on shipping costs before you place your order or direct you to a closer and more economical distributor of goods.

Shipping Insurance:
Shipping insurance is optional. If you would like your parcel insured, please contact us and appropriate fees will be applied.

Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us. No account information is stored unless you choose to create an account. All personal information such as names, addresses and email addresses are kept securely in strictest confidence. Your personal information will NOT be sold or passed on to anyone else.  All payment information is secured and complies with the highest level of PCI (Payment Card Industry) standards.
